Failed Payments for DPD Subscription Policy

Automatic Rebill Attempts:

DPD automatically attempts to rebill your card two more times over the 10 days following a failed payment. We understand that sometimes things outside your control can come up, so we don't disable your account or products during this 10 day retry period.

Please update your card info before the 10 days are up to ensure your stores and products remain active in DPD!

If your account is deactivated for non-payment or canceled:

DPD will generally retain your stores, products, and purchases for a period of 90 days from the termination date of your subscription in case you need to take a break or want to return to sell at DPD.

This is not a guarantee- if space is needed we reserve the right to remove products as needed for expired accounts to maintain quality of service for paid vendor.
