Purchases Showing in PayPal but not in DPD

If you're having purchases show up in your PayPal account but not in your DPD account you may have IPNs disabled in your PayPal account for whatever reason and DPD isn't receiving IPNs for your transactions. This can result in sales that are not reported or activated in DPD.

To correct this and enable IPNs on your PayPal account so DPD will get them, please do the following:

  1. Log in to PayPal
  2. Go to Profile in the top right corner of your PayPal dashboard and select Profile and Settings from the drop down menu that appears
  3. On the "My Selling Tools" tab of your profile, click the change link beside Instant Payment Notifications as shown in this screenshot:


  1. On the IPN page, enter "https://dpdcart.com" as the IPN URL and make sure you set the radio button to "enabled" and save


That should reactivate IPNs on your account and let DPD start receiving them again.
