This article details the process of deleting a subscription store in DPD.
To delete a subscription store you must first close all active subscriptions in it, to do that just follow the steps below:
- Select Subscribers from the left menu of your DPD dashboard
- Select the subscriber name from the left column in the subscribers list
- Select the Cancel button as shown in the screenshot below:
If you want to delete the store immediately you'll want to end access immediately when given the option on the cancel subscriber page.
If you choose to let the subscription remain active until the end of the billing cycle when you are ready to delete the store you'll need to to go back to the subscribers page and select the Close button as shown in the screenshot below to close the subscription:
Repeat these steps for any active subscribers in that store.
Once you have successfully canceled all active subscribers in the store select Program Overview from the left menu of your DPD dashboard.
Now select the dropdown arrow on the Program Settings button and select Delete Store as shown in the screenshot below:
*Note: The option to delete the store will only become available IF you have already canceled all active subscribers in that store.
