What Countries Can Buy My Products?

DPD provides a Supported Countries list where you can set which countries can and cannot purchase from your store. To get to this page:


  1. Select either Tax Rules or Shipping from the left menu of your DPD dashboard
  2. Select the Edit Supported Countries button from the top right of the page as shown below:


From here you can disable, enable, or give a priority status to any of the available country options. Giving a Priority status makes that country float to the top of the country chooser in the cart. Disabling a country removes it from the country chooser in the cart, and enabling a country will have it appear in the chooser. Be sure to save to have any changes apply.

*Note: For these rules to apply you must collect shipping in your cart. You can toggle this option from Preferences via the left menu.
