Yes.  DPD supports video files as product downloads.

However, it is important to understand that DPD is a product delivery service and not a video streaming service.   DPD will provide a download of your video to your customers that they can save on their hard drive, not a streaming video. 

DPD does not support pay-per-view videos, DRM licensing, or other restricted video formats.
